We begin with an on-site diagnostic to understand how the work is actually done, then move into a controlled pilot, ongoing advisory or systems implementation as needed. At every stage, data constraints, management requirements and accountability boundaries are considered together.

The HKD 1,500 paid is credited in full toward follow-on services
We visit your office and work with management and the people responsible for day-to-day operations. During the two-hour session, we can discuss one or more workflows or use cases in priority order. The purpose is not to sell a pre-set solution on the spot, but to decide what is worth pursuing.

Written follow-up
A concise written summary of priority opportunities, material constraints, data and risk considerations, and our recommended next step. It is a basis for a management decision, not a pre-packaged technical proposal.
Engagement credit
Confirm a controlled pilot, ongoing advisory or implementation engagement within 30 days of the diagnostic and the HKD 1,500 already paid will be credited in full toward the fee for that engagement. The follow-on engagement must be at least HKD 10,000 before the credit is applied.
